Our wedding and elopement packages can be booked a Maximum of 24 months in advance of your wedding month. There is NO MINIMUM amount of time required to book a wedding - you could book a wedding with only 2 weeks notice and we'll be able to help you!
Anytime 11am. or after. Your wedding planner will help you map out your day and choose a suitable arrival time. Couples needing additional time onsite in the morning may purchase extra hours for $50 per hour / maximum of two hours. Additional Evening hours are not available to purchase.
Yes! You are welcome to use your own officiant. (An on-site officiant is included in your package) We do not offer a price reduction should you choose to bring your own officiant.
In house Photography is included in our Elegance Elopement package. Our Boutique wedding package does not include photography. For our Boutique Wedding Package, couples may add on our full day photography package for $650 or may hire the photographer of their choice. An additional off site Mountain Photo Shoot is available for $150 on top of the package price. You can read about our in house photo package HERE!
Yes, we now offer onsite Cinematography as an Add On to our Photography Package. Heather (Photography) and Stephen (Cinematography) are a husband and wife team, and by working together, can ensure amazing communication, and teamwork for getting the best shots, while not interfering with one another's work. (*Couples are not required to use Heather or Stephen's services, and are most welcome to hire their own Photo/Video team from the outside vendor(s) of their choice)
Sorry, no. Amazing communication and coordination are required when both a photographer and videographer are present. Heather and Stephen work best together, and neither currently collaborates with outside vendors. Couples working with an outside Photographer should seek out a complimentary outside videographer and vice versa.
We recommend that guests arrive about 30-45 minutes prior to the ceremony. This allows our staff to give more time and attention to the Bridal Party. Once you have secured your date, we will email out a packet to you including printable Direction Cards, which you can include in your invitations if you wish.
There are two restrooms on the first floor. There are two additional restrooms upstairs (one in each suite)
Yes, there is space for hanging coats and hats.
The first floor and wedding deck are handicapped accessible. The second floor suites are not due to the historic nature of the building.
A Unity candle is permitted during your wedding ceremony. Otherwise, candles are not permitted as decoration due to the historic nature of the building. Flameless candles are welcome.
We would love to give you a tour, please call to set up an appointment to visit. We are open 7 days a week, however we are not always on site, so please call ahead and make an appointment.
Yes. Blacktop/Graded Parking is available for up to 25 vehicles. Field parking is available for additional vehicles.
Linens are included in your package. Our table cloths are floor length. Coordinating Chair Sashes, Napkins and Overlays are available in 80+ colors. Ironing and Set up are also included in your package!
Yes. We are happy to suggest recommended spots to add your decoration. Prior arrangement and permission is required for any decoration that requires nailing / tacking etc.
Yes! We have a wonderful collection of wedding props you are welcome to borrow. Cake stands, Centerpiece elements, Vases, Tulle, Sandwich boards, Chalk Boards, Votives and Flicker Candles, Placecard Holders, Frames and Signs are only some of the items we have on hand.
Yes! We think this makes your wedding day much more relaxed. We recommend arranging a suitable date the week before your wedding to drop off any decorations, beverages, apparel, favors etc. Drop off appointments are scheduled to last a maximum of 1 hour. Additional drop off time can be purchased for $50/ hour if you need an extended time onsite to set up / unload your items.
Bubbles and Sparklers are permitted outdoors (they are included in your Boutique wedding package for your send off), no confetti or birdseed please.

After passing the Swift Run Gap entrance to Skyline Drive, you will begin to descend the mountain.
