We get it! Planning a wedding is a lot of work. And it's usually uncharted territory...let's face it, no one gets married every day! And for a lot of our couples, putting their life on hold to plan a big event feels impossible or overwhelming! You are busy. You've got school, or a career, or a young family to take care of. That's where we come in!
Our Mission is to protect each of our wedding couples from the normal stresses of planning a wedding. We have searched out the perfect vendors (cake, officiant, flowers, linens, wedding staff!) and have everything ready for you! We'll help save you time and money, and you'll have the peace of mind that your team is working on your wedding day even when you are busy with the rest of your life!

We 100% understand that no two weddings are alike, because no two couples are alike. Every GHI couple we work with is an amazing fit with us from Day One. We truly want to mesh well not only because it's more fun (hooray!), but because we'll be working together closely through the entire planning process and of course your wedding day! We want the experience to be just as unforgettable as your life-lasting memories. We know you've got lots of questions too (hey, that's normal...you don't get married every day!)

You're putting a lot of trust in us to host your wedding day! Scheduling an onsite venue tour is a great way to decide if we'll be the perfect fit! Tours are available by appointment on most days that we are not hosting an event. We keep things simple and low key. We'll show you around the venue and grounds and you can check out our portfolio books and get answers to any questions you might have. Most tours last between 30-60 minutes depending on how many questions you have! Are you planning from far away? No worries, a venue tour is not required to book a date! Just email us your best days and times for a visit and we'll provide some choices for upcoming available appointments!

We post our current wedding date availability right on our website, so you can find the perfect date quickly and easily! Once you've decided we are a perfect match - we encourage you to reserve your date right away. Due to the number of couples interested in a Golden Horseshoe Wedding day, we are not able to hold or save dates. Wedding dates are booked on a first come, first served basis, when a retainer and contract are returned for a date. Head over to our Availability Calendar to find your perfect date! When you're ready, send us an email or give us a call, and we'll get you on our calendar and email over a contract and retainer link! Weddings can be booked up to 2 years in advance of the current month.

Wedding planning begins as soon as your reservation is complete! We'll give you some time to make your biggest decisions (Estimated Guest Count, Color Scheme, Meal or no Meal) and then we'll meet you for a super fun onsite planning meeting! You'll meet your wedding planner and assistant wedding planner and we'll help you choose your table linens and decor pieces from our inventory. We'll create the perfect Wedding Day Timeline to make sure all your special moments are included and we'll discuss any questions you have. Couples are welcome to contact us at any time in the planning process to schedule their onsite meeting! And if you are planning long distance - no worries - we can do everything above via email instead!

Remember our mission to protect you and your family from too much work and wedding day stress? That's where the drop off day really shines! We'll schedule a day and time that works for us both, for you to drop off your wedding gear (think beverages, cake topper, favors, attire, decorations, seating chart) a few days ahead of your wedding day. It gives us a little head start setting everything up, and it means all the work and unloading are done before the big day arrives. On your wedding day, you'll be able to cruise into the venue knowing everything is already here! Are you planning from far away, or unable to arrive before the wedding day - no worries, that is ok too! A drop off is not required!

After your detailed planning, and our expert input, you'll feel more than ready for the big day! Walk into a calm, organized, and beautifully set up venue - and see all your colors, linens and decor in action! Everything will be ready and just waiting for you! We'll be like wedding Ninja's...close by when you need us, and invisible when you don't - we want you to soak up every moment with your family and friends and future husband or wife!!! We know this is an important day that can't be done over - so we'll bring our A game for the best day ever!

"I know Heather, Monique, Alan, and the rest of their amazing staff do weddings multiple times a week, but they somehow managed to make ours feel like it was the most important event in the world. Heather has planning down to a science in the best way - so many checklists with things we never would have even thought about needing! Also all of the fun parts were still left for us to decide (colors, decor, etc.), while they already took care of the less-fun things (dirty dishes, having enough chairs, etc.).
