Lauren and James -Apple Red Summer Wedding Day – 8.18.18

It is simply impossible not to fall in love with a couple who ends their wedding ceremony with the words “May the Force be with you” – so you’ll have to excuse me if I gush a little bit about Lauren and James and their magical wedding day <3 So many of our lovely couples end up feeling like family by the time their wedding day is over, but Lauren and James felt like family from the very start!!! We work with many couples who are from out of state, or at least several hours away, so when we have the honor of hosting a wedding for a local couple – we are always extra excited!!! We had such fun planning a wonderful wedding day with Lauren and James and their families! I soon learned we had lots in common – a love of Disney World, and Harry Potter (catch a glimpse of Lauren’s amazing tattoo in the photos below), the names of our daughters and a love of everything magical! Apple Red was the color of the day, with Silver accents for a light and airy summer feel <3 Lauren found the prettiest ring box I’ve ever seen, and fans of Lord of the Rings will recognize the pattern on Lauren and James wedding bands! We also have to give a shout out to Lauren’s stepmom Kaki – who was always full of smiles during her time with us, and who our Asst. Wedding Planner Brittany and I both know from the local school system <3 There was definitely magic in the air, as we checked the radar and saw rain storms all around us…except for a tiny dot over the Golden Horseshoe Inn – where the sky was perfectly clear for the outdoor wedding ceremony!!! These are just such downright good people, and it was truly an honor to share such a special day with them! I simply can’t wait for you to see what a beautiful vision Lauren was in her dress, and all the magical moments that made this day so special…enjoy this little sneak peek…
