I don’t remember, but I imagine I was first introduced to Eliza by seeing her onstage. She was just a tiny thing, maybe 7 years old. And she had a sparkle like no other. She was a few years ahead of my own tiny dancer at our local dance studio, and so I have had the joy of watching her dance since she was little. Some people shine in the light, and some people ARE the light – and that is Eliza. Kind, Humble, Dedicated, Hard Working and Talented beyond belief. She is a skilled dancer who has that rare magical combination of impeccable technique and the ability to translate emotion into movement. This incredible performer is now a young lady ready to start her journey out into the world, and what a pleasure it has been to watch her shine onstage for the past 11 years. I was so thrilled to have the opportunity to spend a few hours with Eliza and take her senior photos. She was so much fun to work with, and ready to trust my crazy ideas (disco ball anyone?). I am so excited to share a little sneak peek of her senior photo session…
Congratulations Eliza on your upcoming graduation!
A very special thanks to the Pitera Family for use of their antique truck and gorgeous venue Rounton Farm.
A very special thanks to Ricardo Porter and the Orange School of Performing Arts for digging up a disco ball 🙂
