Intimate Virginia Wedding Courtney & Matt 10.18.20

The air was chilly (but not too chilly!), the sky was blue and the light was golden – it was simply the kind of day we all dream of when it comes to October. Courtney and Matt celebrated a gorgeous intimate wedding day on the perfect Sunday afternoon at the Golden Horseshoe Inn. We were so excited to work with this sweet couple (we wish we could clone them and host their wedding day over and over – it was so much fun!). Our bride and groom embraced the autumn for their wedding inspiration, and chose a color scheme of Black and Tangerine, with lots of festive fall accents to delight their guests. A popcorn bar, a s’mores station and hot apple cider were enjoyed by guests as they celebrated with the happy couple. Courtney was just gorgeous in her gown and it was fun to see family and friends join in the fun of “getting ready” and provide their assistance with hair and makeup! Her bouquet was one of my favorites of 2020 – such a cheerful mix of fall colors and textures! Matt was sweet as could be and looked very handsome in his black and orange. We feel so fortunate to have been the hosts for this incredible wedding day, and I am so excited to share some favorite moments as a little sneak peek…
