Intimate Virginia Wedding Katrina and Will 7.22.23

Katrina and Will’s wedding day was simply stunning, I’m not even sure how to put into words how picture perfect this special day was. Katrina did an amazing job planning this wedding from long distance (in North Dakota!) and when she and her mom flew in for her wedding planning meeting, we knew her vision for the day was going to be so much fun to bring to life! Flowers were very important to the overall look of the day, and Katrina and Will added on some beautiful arbor swags, and centerpieces to our included floral package. When I stepped into the florists cooler that morning to pick everything up, I think I must have gasped in delight. They were exactly what we had hoped for and even more beautiful than the inspiration photos we provided. Katrina was a gorgeous bride, and her gown was extra special because she and her mom made it themselves (!). They visited a special fabric boutique months ago and purchased all the items to make this gown from scratch. I know this will be a treasured memory for both of them, and the results were incredible! Katrina and Will shared a beautiful outdoor ceremony, and then we headed to the mountain top for some magical photos (all the wildflowers blooming on the mountain matched our wedding theme perfectly!). When we returned, the evening was filled with celebration, lots of pictures, a delicious dinner, heart warming speeches and toasts and special time with family and friends who traveled from far and wide to be a part of this amazing day.
