Doris and Cristian celebrated a beautiful early summer wedding at the Golden Horseshoe Inn. This beautiful pair were so excited for their wedding day to arrive, and were even more delighted when it dawned with the most amazing forecast, a cool breeze, warm sun and brilliant blue sky. Our bride and Groom chose a sweet pastel color scheme of dusty blue and rose, and bright cheerful flowers in shades of peachy pink to add a little pop. A beautiful ceremony conducted in both English and Spanish took place on the wedding deck, and was followed by a cocktail hour for guests and quick trip to the mountain top for the newlyweds. We were able to get some epic photos both on Skyline Drive and on the grounds of the venue itself. A delicious dinner was followed by cake cutting, and some very moving toasts and blessings for the couple were given by bridal party and guests. The evening concluded with several fun games, including a really neat alternative to the “bouquet toss”, which involved the bouquet being locked into a little box, and each of the “single ladies” in attendance being given a key to try and open the box. It was so much fun, and I hope some of our future couples might try out this fun alternative to the “toss”! I am so excited to share a little sneak peek of some favorite images from this very special wedding day…
Congratulations to the happy couple!
