We celebrated a joyful wedding day with our gorgeous bride Alyn and her handsome groom Luke! The weather was perfect, and it felt like a crisp fall day, with temperatures in the 70’s and a clear blue sky dotted with clouds. Our couple chose a beautiful wedding color palette of green, with touches of red and blue. Our bride and groom said their personal motto for planning and preparing for their wedding day was “go with the flow” and true to their motto, they were just the sweetest and most easy going couple to work with. They kept things simple with no wedding party and a calm morning preparing for their wedding day ahead, but were later surrounded by lots of friends who were able to relax and enjoy every minute of the day with the newlyweds. I loved hearing about their adventures in NYC where they currently live while Alyn attends medical school. We took some time before the ceremony for a lovely first look and trip to Skyline Drive for some mountain photos, and following the ceremony we had time for additional photos before settling in for dinner, dancing, speeches and of course cake. This was truly the most fun wedding to be a part of and our couple was so much fun to photograph…I am absolutely over the moon to share a little sneak peek from Alyn and Luke’s Virginia Micro wedding day…
