A joyful and cozy, intimate wedding was the perfect way for us to end our November weddings. Kristen and Will chose to downsize to a group of close family and friends for their Afternoon Tea Wedding Day. And although the group was small, the love was BIG! Heartfelt speeches, wonderful friends, loving family and a beautiful fall day made this an occasion to remember. Kristen and Will chose a color palette simply perfect for their late November wedding day – a rich burnt orange and deep purple. Their guest tables (Kristen and Will chose our smaller tables to be able to socially distance their guests for safety!) were simply adorable – and the personalized tin mug favors (filled with goodies!) for each guest were the cherry on top! Kristen looked like a storybook princess come to life, and might win the 2020 GHI prize for “poufi-est” (that’s a word right?) wedding dress! I loved watching her skirt swish around her as she walked – so classic and romantic! Will and Kristen shared a sweet “first look” before their ceremony, and we took a little excursion to the mountain top for some beautiful pre-wedding photos! After the lovely outdoor ceremony (this has been such a mild November!) guests enjoyed tea party refreshments, coffee, cake and special time together before the sparkler send off. We were so honored to have the opportunity to host this special wedding day and I can’t wait to share a few favorite sneak peeks…
Congratulations to the happy couple!
