Virginia Summer Wedding Sara and James 7.16.22

Sara and James were married on a beautiful summer afternoon at the Golden Horseshoe Inn! The venue simply sparkled with all the special touches this couple designed, and felt a little like walking right into the middle of a romantic Jane Austen novel, surrounded by the soft palette of mint and blush. Sara used beautiful cloth covered books as her centerpieces, and also sprinkled a few in other spots throughout the venue. The front parlor featured the most intricate and beautiful quilt made by the mother of the bride (and if you look closely at the design, you’ll see a few of the newlywed’s favorite things incorporated so cleverly!). Sara and James were both as sweet on the inside as they were beautiful on the outside. This stunning couple were married in a gorgeous outdoor ceremony, and then we took a little time to head to the mountaintop for some amazing photos with the mountain backdrop Sara had been dreaming of (we all held our breath at the forecast, but the weather held out wonderfully to all of our relief!) Our bride and groom also took a few moments to privately share their vows in a sweet little meadow area, and it was truly a touching and beautiful moment. Back at the venue, everyone enjoyed a lovely dinner followed by cake and merriment. A sparkler send off ended the event in the most perfect way.
