During a quiet moment on Tammy and Stan’s wedding day, Tammy’s son Logan pulled her aside and said “I was watching you during the ceremony mom, with all the mist swirling around you, and I thought to myself, wow, she is literally on cloud nine”.  So despite the rain and fog, everyone began referring to this day as the Cloud 9 wedding day 🙂  Our bride Tammy chose a color scheme of ivory and blush, opting for a simple, clean, classic look with her wedding decor.  She provided garland for her centerpieces, which gave the tables a lush, romantic feel, perfect for an intimate wedding day!  In my experience, there are two categories of brides when it comes to wedding dresses – those who (understandably) protect the dress at all costs,  and those who throw caution to the wind, ready to do anything for a great photo…Tammy was clearly in the latter category!  After a misty ceremony, we found some sweet forest spots that protected us from the rain a little, and she gamely navigated the soggy terrain in her gown, I can’t wait for you to see the adventurous results of that photo shoot below!  I have to give a special shout out to Tammy and Stan’s sons – who were so attentive the entire day, and were always close by to lend a hand (holding an umbrella over the camera for example!), they were all just really great guys.     A cozy dinner was followed by cake and champagne and some very sweet and heartfelt toasts – there was lots of love at this celebration!  And kudos to our lovely Groom Stan for arriving ahead of Tammy on the wedding day just to drop off a little love note and roses to surprise his wife-to-be!  So sweet! I am so excitede to share this little sneak peek with you from this “cloud 9” wedding day…

Congratulations to the happy couple!

-xoxo Heather
