Intimate Virginia Wedding Paula & Phillip 7.30.23

We celebrated the most wonderful day with Paula and Phillip! We were so extra excited to meet this dynamic duo, since they had planned their entire wedding long distance from Massachusetts! We met them in person for the very first time on the morning of their wedding day, but it honestly felt like being reunited with an old friend, as we had gotten to know each other through our planning emails. Paula was always so bubbly and fun loving in her emails with me, and she was just like that in real life too! “I hope I don’t laugh during the first look” she said…and then proceeded to burst into a fit of giggles. Paula and Phillip wanted a special day with lots of one on one time with their guests. And it couldn’t have gone more perfectly. We did some photos ahead of the ceremony to maximize onsite time with guests, and had a wonderful time at Skyline Drive. The sky was so perfectly clear this day, and it felt like we could see forever. A lovely ceremony on the deck was followed by a delicious dinner, coloring and toy surprises for the children in attendance, and a smores station that seemed to be enjoyed by all.
