Joyful Virginia Wedding Day – Tony and Todd 5.4.19

Tuesdays are photo editing days. They are long, but fun. I love reliving the memories of the past weekend as I sort through the photos, looking for little gems to share as a sneak peek! Honestly, today, my cheeks actually hurt from smiling so much. This was such a joyful wedding day, and that joy just shines through in all of Tony and Todd’s wedding photos! We were so thankful to be a small part of their love story…which came to us by way of another love story! We were recommended to Tony and Todd, by Tony’s Matron of Honor Cheyenne (who was a 2017 GHI bride, and is sort of famous on our website lol!) Being around these two wonderful grooms basically guarantees you are going to have a good time. Their humor, their joy, their epic love for one another, their easy going, lighthearted approach to wedding planning – they were a dream come true! Our assistant wedding planner Monique got to meet Tony and Todd for the first time, the day before their wedding, when they arrived to unload their wedding decor. As they made another trip outside to the car, Monique cracked a big smile and said “OK, this wedding is going to be FUN!” – she wasn’t wrong! There was a beautiful springtime palette of mint green and peach/apricot. There were some of the best dance moves the GHI has ever seen. There was an outfit change into a blush pink blazer – yes, epic. There were great friends, loving family and beautiful speeches. It was the perfect wedding day.
