Micro Wedding in Virginia Hannah & Derek 8.29.20

We were so excited to host a special Virginia elopement ceremony for Hannah and Derek. These two have been sweethearts since high school, and together with their little ones, and Hannah’s parents, celebrated their union with an intimate micro wedding at the Golden Horseshoe Inn. Hannah’s color scheme of peach and green was just the perfect summer color palette. And as you’ll see below, Hannah was a simply breathtaking bride. She did her own hair and makeup and looked like she had just stepped from the pages of a wedding magazine – stunning! Next door in suite #2, Derek prepared for the big event. He looked incredible in his wedding attire. We laughed as I wrapped a blindfold for him and escorted him into Hannah’s room, where he helped zip her gown (at her request!) and she pinned on his boutonniere. After a lovely intimate ceremony, we walked through the twilight of the afternoon and took some incredible photos to capture all the memories of this special day. Cake and coffee were followed by a first dance, and father daughter dance, and the little ones were ready to join in on the fun as well with their best dance moves.
