Virginia Intimate Wedding Venue Cathy & Andrew 9.18.21

Cathy and Andrew were married on a beautiful late summer’s day at the Golden Horseshoe Inn! Our stylish bride and groom chose a simple and clean color scheme of blush and ivory, and the reception room looked so pretty and tranquil…perfect for an elegant celebration! Guests arrived to be greeted with sweet tea on the porch, and were delighted to witness the outdoor ceremony conducted by a close family friend. A scrumptious dinner was served by Uncle Elder’s catering (we don’t think we’ve ever seen our buffet tables laden with so many delicious choices!) followed by a very yummy red velvet wedding cake. Cathy chose to incorporate a beautiful traditional “tea ceremony” honoring the parents of bride and groom, and it was especially touching and meaningful for Cathy’s parents who immigrated from Japan many years ago. Lovely speeches and lively dancing followed, and a wonderful time was had by all. I am so excited to share some favorite moments from this breathtaking wedding day…
