We celebrated the most whimsical, wonderful wedding day with our beautiful bride Christine and her handsome groom Todd. Christine is gifted with a creative spirit and seems to be talented at everything she turns her hand to. Her artistic flair was evident in every detail of this incredible celebration. From truly unbelievable 3D wedding invitations made on her Cricut machine, to thrifted glasses assembled into a rainbow of color for the guest tables, to the delicate dried flower arrangements…it was all a feast for the eyes. We can also confidently say that this was our very first wedding where a gorilla made a guest appearance. This generations old family tradition involves someone in a gorilla suit appearing at the reception and “kidnapping” the bride. It was a hotly anticipated moment that was enjoyed by one and all (you’ll get to see some photos below, and also a throwback photo of the bride’s mom with a gorilla at her own wedding – so sweet!). There is so much I’d love to share, but I think photos will do more justice than my words. I am so excited to share a little sneak peek of the artistry, beauty and special moments that made up Christine and Todd’s mountain wedding day…
Congratulations to the happy couple!
