Virginia Micro Wedding Allison and Matthew 9.28.24

We celebrated the wedding day of our gorgeous bride Allison and her handsome groom Matthew and couldn’t have been more excited to share this special day with them. Our couple chose a color scheme of soft blush and ivory, and that color combo always seems to give the most romantic and glowy look to the reception room – it was so pretty! Special details provided by the bride and groom included a custom cake topper plaque, an engraved ring box that was so delicate and pretty, and personalized playing cards to be used as a guest book. I know Allison and Matthew worked so hard to bring all of these details together, and the end result was such a beautiful and memorable day. After 18 years of hosting weddings, we rarely experience any “firsts” anymore, but Allison and Matthew were our first couple to do a “Vanilla making” unity ceremony at the altar. They had previously made bottles of homemade Vanilla extract for each of their guests, and those were displayed on a favor table in the front parlor (you’ll get to see how pretty they were below!). We were so delighted to see this special day come to life and I simply can’t wait to share a little sneak peek of this amazing wedding day…
