Virginia Micro Wedding Lauren and Lafcadio 2.22.25

We were ecstatic to celebrate a very special wedding day for our stunning bride Lauren and her handsome groom Lafcadio. This dynamic duo were just the most wonderful bride and groom in every way…relaxed, funny, gorgeous and a whole lotta fun! I loved getting to hear little snippets about the wonderful life they have built together, including stories about their beloved huskies Bishop and Monarch. Lauren has put so much heart and soul into training and showing / competing with their beloved pups, and it only made sense that their presence was felt on this wedding day. From the table numbers, to the display of prize ribbons (just a tiny fraction of what they have won!) to the paw prints and silhouettes gracing the custom signage that was all made by the very talented mother of the bride, there was something fun to see at every turn. Our day began with hair and makeup in the bridal suite, followed by a “first look” between bride and groom. We bravely journeyed up into the mountains where we expected cold temps and strong wind, and were delighted to find it fairly mild with just the faintest breeze – perfect for some stunning photos. A lovely ceremony took place at the venue, and was followed by dinner, toasts and dancing. It was truly a really incredible day to be a part of, and I couldn’t be more excited to share a little sneak peek from this outstanding wedding day…
