Virginia Micro Wedding Venue Anna and Vince 4.7.24

We have had so many joyful brides here at the Golden Horseshoe, but have we ever had a bride as joyful as Anna? I’m not sure! Our sweet bride was a beaming ray of sunshine from the moment she stepped into the venue, taking off her “MRS” heart shaped sunglasses to reveal her eyes glittering with excitement for the big day ahead. Her joy was certainly contagious, and the whole GHI team delighted in each special moment of the wedding celebration we had been planning together for months. Anna and her handsome groom Vince chose an earthy color scheme of ivory, champagne and green which perfectly brought to life Anna’s vision of “rustic with touches of glitter”. The venue was sparkling and inviting for all the guests who joined in the celebration. A selection of vintage cups to choose and keep greeted guests on the front porch along with pink lemonade. And inside trail mix packets were available for guests looking for a little snack. Our couple shared a first look and mountain photos prior to the ceremony beginning. Back at the venue, a lovely outdoor ceremony was followed by photos on the grounds (we had lots of extra time for pretty portraits since we didn’t need to do official bridal party photos – I always love when couples keep their bridal party small and simple!) and then guests enjoyed light refreshments, cake and celebration. A bubble send off sent guests on their way to their next location, a local campground where many of them had been staying together for an after party.
