We opened our 2026 wedding season in the most wonderful way, with the serene and intimate wedding celebration of Taylor and Evan. This special day felt like everything a Golden Horseshoe wedding embodies – elegance, simplicity, joy and genuine delight! Our bride Taylor shared that she had never really imagined having a big wedding, even as a little girl she always thought she would elope, and so this quaint and curated wedding day was the perfect way to share sweet moments with family and friends (you’ll get to see some really lovely first looks with both her dad and brother below) as well as honor her wishes to not be part of a big production! Taylor and Evan were as calm and carefree as could be, and were so much fun to photograph! We had such a unique experience with their photos, coming just a few days after a big snowstorm that included a final layer of ice on top of the snow. So we literally walked on top of the snow, leaving no footprints, and while it made things a little slippery and slidy, it gave us a truly magical background for some exceptional wedding portraits! Our Groom Evan does astro photography and the wedding favors were magnets of one of his night time constellation photos!
Although we don’t allow pets for the ceremony or reception, they can come by for a quick photo op if desired – so Hank joined his mom and dad at the very end of the day!
