Brooke and Andrew needed a plan B when their original plans for a wonderful wedding day in their home state of Colorado were impacted by the pandemic. We can now proudly call the Golden Horseshoe Inn a “Dad Approved Wedding Venue”, as it was the father of the bride who saved the day by scouting locations in Virginia where the majority of the wedding guests live. The big decision was made to move this special event to Virginia. Brooke and Andrew had chosen a color scheme of Sage and Grey, reflected in the bridal party attire, floral items and simple linens which provided the clean, classic look for this elegant wedding day. Brooke provided sweet touches like a polaroid guest book, a space to write love notes and advice for the couple, and a Zoom connection, so that family and friends from far away could still share in the special occasion. The mountains of Colorado loom large compared to our (slightly smaller!) beloved Blue Ridge Mountains, but Brooke and Andrew knew they would still get to have their mountain photos…just in a different location than originally planned. I am so excited to offer this little sneak peek from Brooke and Andrew’s Afternoon Tea Wedding day…
Congratulations to the newlyweds!
