8.23.25 Virginia Micro Wedding Martha and Tyler

As a micro wedidng venue, it won’t be any surprise that we think that “less” is almost always “more”! And Martha and Tyler’s incredible, intimate, stunning wedding day is the true embodiment of everything we love about tiny weddings! Our sweet bride and groom chose to have only 3 guests at their private celebration, and it made the day so carefree and easy and relaxed. Martha and her mom began the day with a quick venue walk through to make sure every detail was to their liking (it was!) and then spent some quality time upstairs with one of our favorite hair and makeup artists – Lilly Styles. Tyler was helped into his jacket and boutonniere by his mom, and when everyone felt ready we headed outside for a lovely ceremony on the most perfect August afternoon. There was plenty of time for pretty photos on the grounds, and then afternoon tea and wedding cake after the ceremony. At the conclusion of the festivities I took our bride and groom to one of my favorite spots on Skyline Drive for a truly beautiful last set of photos, before they left to join their family at a special dinner.
