All Inclusive Virginia Wedding Brittany & Jason 4.10.21

Take my hand, will you share this with me, because darling without you, all the shine of a thousand spotlights, all the stars we steal from the night sky, will never be enough…

This is such an exciting post to share!  Our very first wedding of 2021.  We’ve been hosting wonderful elopements during the past few months, but were finally able to host our first larger wedding as restrictions due to covid were loosened beginning this month.  And what a special day it was!!!  Brittany and Jason were the perfect organized, easy going, fun loving couple to start off our wedding season! Brittany’s favorite color is blue, and she chose beautiful and unique shades of blue for her wedding linens and decor.  Her favorite color was even echoed in the lovely wedding bands pictured above.  Fairy lights twinkles amidst the delicate fabric flowers on the guest tables, a traditional wedding cake tempted guests who eagerly awaited dessert, while a really fun Groom’s cake (brought in from Maryland, and featuring our Groom’s favorite super hero!) brought smiles to all who saw it!  Brittany was a breathtaking bride, in her beautiful lace gown, featuring elegant sleeves and a beautiful train.  She opted to provide her own flowers (and had them shipped to her early, so we got a sneak peek of them at her wedding planning meeting!).  Our groom Jason’s big wedding planning task was organizing the food, and he did a wonderful job choosing a full service option from Mission BBQ, that even included a mashed potato station – so. much. fun!!!  We loved getting to know Jason, and his fun loving spirit on the wedding day!  Brittany and Jason were lucky to have Jason’s high school coach and bible study leader travel in to officiate their wedding ceremony.  And if you are searching for the PERFECT wedding processional song, I will simply say that the song Brittany walked out to was so magical!  The beautiful ceremony was followed by a trip to the mountain for some incredible photos, while guests enjoyed a cocktail hour of passed hors d’oeuvres and a delightful veggie bar!  After dinner, the reception room was filled with laughter, and maybe a few tears, as beautiful speeches were offered in honor of the couple.  The s’mores station was a definite hit after dinner (it was the most gorgeous April evening!) and the sparkler send off was the perfect way to end the night.  I am so excited to share some favorite images (I have soooo many favorites!!!) from this beautiful wedding day for this amazing couple…

Congratulations to the happy couple!

-xoxo Heather
