Blue Ridge Wedding Venue Zayne and Isaac 3.18.23

What a beautiful day we got to celebrate with our stunning bride Zayne and her handsome groom Isaac! This wedding was such a perfect way to launch into spring, with its lovely and delicate color scheme of ivory, blush and sage. I had a wonderful time taking photos of all the beautiful details, including dainty honey favors for each guest, Zayne’s lace embellished wedding shoes, her breathtaking ballgown style dress, and a cake the family chose and brought themselves from one of their favorite bakers. Zayne and her sweet friends prepared in the bridal suite, and then we enjoyed a “first look” shared by the bride and groom. This allowed us to go ahead and take some photos prior to the ceremony, and we went off on an adventure to the top of the mountain. The photos are absolutely epic, and I’m so glad, because I know how cold and windy it was way up there, and am glad we all froze for good reason (especially Zayne in her delicate gown – she gets a special award for braving the wintry winds!). Back at the venue, an indoor ceremony was beautifully conducted by Pastor Dmitry Bondaruk from our bride and groom’s home church. And then the entire group was able to celebrate together with light refreshments, yummy cake, and some beautiful speeches and toasts. It is easy to see why everyone adores this young couple so much. They are both absolutely lovely, and it was so much fun to spend time with them (I especially loved hearing about all the home renovations they are undertaking together as they prepare to move into their first home…everything sounds gorgeous!).
