Elegant Virginia Elopement Kiera and Lethon 6.27.20

We had the best day ever with Kiera and Lethon, during their gorgeous mountain elopement! Kiera was a true superwoman, completing her nursing finals and then jumping right into planning the details of her special day! I joked that I was truly safe with this amazing bride and groom, as they are both in the medical field. Kiera starts her nursing internship this week, and Lethon is in the midst of choosing his medical specialty as he becomes a specialized Dr. I am probably explaining this in a clumsy way…but suffice it to say, our bride and groom are well on their way to becoming a nurse and doctor, and I am so excited that we had the honor of hosting their intimate wedding day! Kiera had already chosen a beautiful and vibrant silk bouquet for herself and matching boutonniere for her groom, and we used those colors of coral and navy and blush as the main color inspiration for their sweethearts table. Kiera had an amazing duo of stylists meet her at the Golden Horseshoe Inn to provide hair and makeup services…and she was just truly breathtaking! Her gown was absolutely gorgeous, and she shared a first look with her mom via facetime, so that mom was the very first person to see her in her dress! A beautiful ceremony was followed by portraits, time together to enjoy sparkling cider and wedding cake, and we finished with a trip to the mountaintop for some amazing wedding photos. We are already at work behind the scenes on a Wedding Highlight Film for Kiera and Lethon and can’t wait to relive this special day as we edit the footage from their wedding day.
