Serene Mountain Wedding Victoria and James 11.21.21

We were honored to host an elegant and cozy wedding day for our sweet (and stunning!) bride Victoria and her handsome groom James.  I loved being near the gentle energy of this lovely couple as they navigated their wedding day together.  Victoria and James chose a sparkling color scheme of turquoise and silver, with hints of pale peach.  Fires crackled in the fireplaces, and guests sipped hot apple cider as they waited for the ceremony to begin.  Before guests had even arrived onsite, the bride and groom had already shared an adventure…following a lovely “first look” we travelled up to Skyline Drive to take advantage of the beautiful early afternoon light, and capture some stunning mountaintop photos.  Every passer by couldn’t help but stop and stare at the beautiful bride and groom, and our couple was showered with congratulations from everyone who saw them…they truly were a breathtaking sight, hands clasped together, serenely gazing out at the mountains.  It was delightful to feel the excitement in the air, even from complete strangers!  Back at the venue, Pastor Rob provided a wonderful and personalized ceremony for our happy couple, as their delighted guests looked on.  The sounds of a live string quartet drifted through the venue during cocktail hour, and it was fun to see the polaroid cameras being used to their full extent by the excited and creative guests!  After some photos on the grounds, we sat down to a delightful dinner, which was followed by many speeches that emphasized just how very loved and appreciated the newlyweds are to their friends and family.  I am so excited to share some favorite images from this beautiful wedding day…

Congratulations to the newlyweds!

-xoxo Heather
