We started our October off in the most beautiful way…with Tiffany and John’s wedding day! This was a gorgeous and thoughtfully put together celebration that included bursts of vibrant autumn color, and cozy rustic touches. I was amazed at all the wonderful ways that John and Tiffany’s family poured their own love and talents into this special day. From the wooden wedding favor ornaments hand crafted by mother of the Groom – Donna, to the colorful centerpieces created by maid of honor Carissa, to the hand carved welcome sign made by the father of the Groom…there were so many heartfelt decorations adding a special sparkle to the day! Mother of the bride Sherry helped create a beautiful ceremony space with the addition of giant mum’s and what felt like our very own GHI pumpkin patch! Tiffany and John were so sweet to work with – quiet, good natured, and very easygoing! They share a love of fishing, which was reflected perfectly in their adorable cake topper statue…Tiffany always seems to reel in the most fish on their expeditions 🙂 Tiffany is a self professed tom-boy and she joked that her wedding day might be the only time John would see her in a dress! She did not disappoint! I just loved her long sleeved lace gown (with some mustard colored tennis shoes hiding underneath the long skirt!) and she looked absolutely stunning in it! It was wonderful to get to know her parents and siblings on this special day as well! Little sister Aleah was the first of the girls to get ready, so I got to take her outside for a quick flower-girl photo session – she was just adorable! It was also lovely to see how each of the ladies in the brides immediate family honored their late grandmother, by all wearing a set of her pearls. I had SO MANY favorite photos from this wedding day, it was hard to choose these preview images, there are so many more to come…but here are a few favorites from our first October wedding day of 2019…
Congratulations to the happy couple!
