Virginia Intimate Wedding Shayla & Gregory 1.7.23

We started our year off with an elegant Afternoon Tea Wedding for our bride Shayla and her groom Gregory. We were given a beautiful day, full of sunshine and relative warmth for January, and were so excited to see this wedding day come to life! Shayla and Greg chose a cozy color scheme of Champagne and Sangria, and coupled with the crackling fire, and pots of tea, it was the perfect winter palette! Our couple provided a sweet cake topper that looked like them, and also brought along some fresh berries to garnish their cake. Shayla was simply stunning in her wedding gown (which she hand beaded herself!) and I just adored her vintage inspired look. Her groom spent time with family and friends as he prepared for the ceremony, and looked so sharp in his black tuxedo suit. An intimate indoor ceremony was presided over by a friend of the couple. And afterwards, we celebrated with photos, a birthday surprise for two of the guests, as well as a lovely afternoon tea. It was a great start to the new year!
